US Cleared To Intervene On Gallup FCA Suit's FEMA Claim

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 3:33 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge on Friday granted the U.S. permission to expand its involvement in a False Claims Act whistleblower suit against Gallup Inc., allowing the government to intervene on a claim that Gallup offered a job to a Federal Emergency Management Agency official in order to secure a subcontract.
