FCC Chair Says Stakeholder Input Will Shape Spectrum Auction

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 5:30 PM EST) -- The Federal Communications Commission chairman told a congressional panel Wednesday that the agency will consult private stakeholders to work out the details of a plan to repackage and auction off broadcast airwaves for use by mobile Internet providers.
