Developers Eye Mid-2013 Start For $200M SF Apt. Project

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 2:07 PM EST) -- As rental markets rise, an Archstone unit and Jackson Pacific Ventures LLC have set their sights on a mid-2013 ground-breaking for a long-delayed San Francisco apartment project expected to cost around $200 million, a spokesman said Thursday evening.

Standing before the San Francisco planning commission for its fifth extension on the project, which was first approved in 2006 right before the market tanked, Jackson Pacific principal Ezra Mersey assured the commissioners that the companies were planning on a ground-breaking for the project within the coming months....
