High Court ERISA Case Puts Benefit Plans On The Line

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 8:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will hear a case Tuesday that could leave employers uncertain about whether the terms of their employee benefit plans will hold up in litigation, if the justices decide courts can override plan language in the interest of fairness to participants, attorneys say.
