Pinnacle Judge Keeps Pilots Union Ruling Under Wraps

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 7:11 PM EST) -- Pinnacle Airlines Corp.'s pilots union will remain in the dark for now on whether the airline can reject its collective bargaining agreement, after a New York bankruptcy judge filed — under seal — his decision on the debtor's request Thursday.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert E. Gerber added to Pinnacle's docket two new filings, both sealed: a decision on the debtor's motion to reject the CBA with the Air Line Pilots Association and a supplement to that decision.
