New Claims Push Martha Stewart-Macy's Trial To January

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 5:30 PM EST) -- A Macy's Inc. attorney told a New York state judge on Friday that the retailer will be bringing additional contract claims in its lawsuit over Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc.'s plans to take some of its products to Macy's rival J.C. Penney Co. Inc., delaying a trial until January.
