Dish Says Travelers Must Defend It In Gov't 'Robo Call' Suit

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 3:59 PM EST) -- Dish Network LLC on Friday asked an Illinois judge to declare that Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America must defend it from a government suit saying it illegally solicited consumers on the national Do Not Call Registry.
