Anadarko Shareholders Urge Court Not To Toss Deepwater Suit

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 2:19 PM EST) -- A putative class of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. shareholders on Friday hit back at the company's bid to dismiss a suit claiming it had deceived investors about its liability for the Deepwater Horizon oil well explosion, telling a Texas federal court they had adequately backed their claims.
