GAO Protests Rise As Contractors Jostle For Vanishing Jobs

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 9:21 PM EST) -- The U.S Government Accountability Office has more than doubled the annual number of bid protests it receives over the past 10 years, and although the growth has slowed, experts expect the overall numbers to continue to rise next year as companies fight it out for dwindling contract opportunities.
