Radio Flyer, Target Resolve Suit Alleging Wagon-Market Fixing

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 4:21 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday dismissed all claims in online toy retailer Generation Orange Inc.'s lawsuit accusing Radio Flyer Inc. and Target Corp. of conspiring to prevent Generation Orange from selling Radio Flyer products, after the parties agreed to their dismissal.

U.S. District Judge Dale S. Fischer dismissed Generation Orange's complaint, as well as Radio Flyer's counterclaims and declined to award costs or attorneys' fees. The judge, however, said the order will not affect Radio Flyer's right to submit a claim in a bankruptcy proceeding...
