Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 3:26 PM EST) -- Chevron Corp. on Tuesday demanded an ethics investigation into allegations that New York state’s comptroller favored Ecuadorean plaintiffs that won a $19 billion environmental verdict against the oil giant in exchange for campaign contributions, an accusation the official called an intimidation tactic.
