Sens. Seek To Remove Anti-Biofuel Measure From NDAA

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 7:09 PM EST) -- Montana Democratic Sens. Max Baucus and Jon Tester urged their fellow senators Tuesday to remove of an anti-biofuel amendment from the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act, saying the amendment will undermine efforts to use defense contracts to support companies that can reduce the military's dependence on foreign oil.
