Developer Sues DOJ, EPA To Defend Farmland Conversion

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 5:28 PM EST) -- A New York developer indicted for violating the Clean Water Act filed his second suit taking aim at the government on Tuesday, this time alleging that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Justice and other agencies have no jurisdiction over his property under the act.
