Law360, San Diego (November 20, 2012, 10:45 PM EST) -- The California Supreme Court on Monday ruled that Los Angeles County improperly withheld millions of dollars in property tax administration fees from dozens of cities within the county, a decision that will spur cities across the state to go after other counties that used the same accounting practices, according to attorneys.
