Highway Contractor Loses Damages Appeal In Texas Court

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 6:31 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday refused to award a contractor the compensation it claimed it was owed by the Texas Department of Transportation for a highway construction project, saying the evidence indicated the company was not misled about the conditions of the project.
