Pa. Receives Only One Bid In Lottery Privatization Plan

Law360, Philadelphia (November 21, 2012, 6:22 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Revenue Department said Tuesday it had received only one bid in its effort to privatize the state’s lottery system after two other interested companies dropped out of the process before the deadline to submit proposals passed on Nov. 16.
