Tolkien Estate Sues Warner Bros. Over LOTR Gambling Games

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 9:21 PM EST) -- The estate of J.R.R. Tolkien on Monday hit a Warner Bros. Inc. unit with an $80 million copyright infringement and contract suit, alleging that it is taking liberties it does not have in developing “The Lord of the Rings”-themed gambling games.
