LA Judge Finds No Irreparable Harm From Chinatown Wal-Mart

Law360, Los Angeles (November 20, 2012, 10:35 PM EST) -- A California judge on Tuesday denied a bid by labor unions to enjoin Wal-Mart Stores Inc. from continuing to build a 36,000-square-foot store in Los Angeles' Chinatown neighborhood, finding no evidence that the project will cause irreparable environmental harm.
