'Storage Wars' Star Wins Injunction In Bogus Porn Suit

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 4:04 PM EST) -- A California federal judge granted an injunction bid Tuesday by a regular on the A&E reality show “Storage Wars” who filed an invasion of privacy, consumer fraud and Lanham Act suit accusing a porn purveyor of fabricating a video purporting to feature her.
