Warhol Group Wants D&O Policy To Cover $4.6M In Legal Fees

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 8:28 PM EST) -- The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts argued in New York state court Wednesday that $4.6 million of its outstanding legal fees stemming from art collectors' suits should be covered under a different, and more encompassing, policy than Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Co. has deemed appropriate.
