EDS Wants IT Worker Class Decertified In Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 10:39 PM EST) -- Electronic Data Systems Corp. on Wednesday urged a California federal judge to decertify a class of information technology workers, saying their overtime misclassification claims can no longer be analyzed without an individualized inquiry into the primary job duties of each class member.
