Humana Settles Pharmacy's Medicare Payment Suit

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 1:10 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a proposed class action accusing Humana Inc. of violating Medicare Part D provisions by refusing to reimburse customers for drugs purchased at small, independently owned pharmacies, after the parties reached a settlement.
