Ex-Hostess Employee Brings WARN Act Class Action

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 6:09 PM EST) -- A former Hostess Brands Inc. employee filed a putative class action in New York bankruptcy court Wednesday accusing his onetime employer of terminating workers without cause and without the 60 days' advance notice required by the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.
