GAO Eyes Filing Fee On Bid Protests

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 9:14 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office, which has received an increasing number of bid protests over the past decade, has asked Congress to allow it to charge a filing fee on bid protests in order to fund a new electronic docketing system.
