Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 6:14 PM EST) -- A Chicago panel punted a Tuesday vote of Hines Interests LP's proposal to build a $1 billion mixed-use project on the city's waterfront Wolf Point area after an alderman and Hines failed to see eye-to-eye on last-minute terms and details in the revised project documents.
