Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 10:09 PM EST) -- An Illinois state judge on Monday rejected a bid by CME Group Inc. to quash a suit by exchange floor traders opposing a rule change that calculates the Chicago Board of Trade's settlement price using a combination of floor and electronic trading activities for agricultural futures.
