Agent Has Standing In Nationwide Benefit Suit, 3rd Circ. Told

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 7:16 PM EST) -- An insurance agents association urged the Third Circuit on Friday to revive a breach of contract suit against Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., arguing that both the association and one of its members have standing to pursue allegations that Nationwide unfairly coerced agents to relinquish compensation benefits.
