Law360, Los Angeles (November 26, 2012, 7:54 PM EST) -- Four health plan members suing Anthem Blue Cross in a putative class action alleging the insurer made illegal mid-year changes to their policies won a key victory Monday as a California judge denied the insurer's bid to force their claims into arbitration.
