Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 4:13 PM EST) -- A North Carolina federal judge on Monday refused to end a $1.7 million dispute between Eagle Industries Unlimited Inc. and KDH Defense Systems Inc. over an agreement to supply body armor panels for a U.S. Marine Corps contract, saying several disputed claims still needed to be ruled on.
