O'Quinn Law Firm Seeks Lexington Docs In Coverage Fight

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 3:30 PM EST) -- The O'Quinn Law Firm on Monday accused Lexington Insurance Co. of withholding relevant documents in a suit brought by Lexington and another insurer to duck covering the firm's defense costs in an underlying class action related to defective breast implant suits.

In a motion to compel filed in Texas federal court, O'Quinn asked the court to force Lexington to produce documents related to its investigation or evaluation of the claims in the coverage dispute, which the insurer has withheld asserting attorney-client or work product privileges. The...
