Hostess Union, Pension Fund Want Ch. 11 Trustee

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 4:21 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge should appoint a Chapter 11 trustee to wind down Hostess Brands Inc. because the company is bleeding cash and its current management has given up on rehabilitating the Twinkies maker, a company union and a pension fund said Tuesday.
