Developers Fight Over $112.5M Stake In 14 NYC Properties

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 6:09 PM EST) -- A group of New York real estate investment firms argued Tuesday that a partner in a joint venture to manage 14 New York properties was trying to improperly invalidate an arbitration award that would allow the investment firms to take a $112.5 million stake in the venture.
