McDonald's, Ad Agency Off Hook In Filet-O-Fish Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 6:48 PM EST) -- McDonald's Corp. and a Boston ad agency won a bid Wednesday to dismiss a lawsuit by a Massachusetts man who claims the song and video he submitted for a McDonald's “Big Mac Chant-Off” contest were ripped off and used without permission in a Filet-O-Fish commercial.
