Texas Judge Tosses $12M Malpractice Suit Over ConAgra MDL

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 2:38 PM EST) -- A Texas court on Tuesday booted a $12 million negligence suit brought by a family who claims a Georgia law firm botched their tainted peanut butter class action suit against ConAgra Foods Inc., saying the case does not belong in Texas.
