Calif. Court Nixes Santa Cruz Campus Expansion Enviro Report

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 2:08 PM EST) -- A California appellate court has vacated the city of Santa Cruz's certification of an environmental impact report for a local university's development plans after finding it misrepresented the project's purpose, according to a Tuesday opinion.
