Chocolate Antitrust MDL Plaintiffs Can Depose Ex-Nestle CEO

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 5:04 PM EST) -- An ex-Nestle Canada Inc. CEO who is a target in a criminal probe by Canadian competition authorities must answer questions from the plaintiffs in civil U.S. multidistrict litigation over an alleged chocolate price-fixing conspiracy, an Ontario appeals court said Tuesday.
