Vioxx Deal To Affect Other Merck Litigation: Experts

Law360 (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Though Friday's $4.85 billion settlement may bring an end to the bulk of the product liability litigation filed against Merck & Co. Inc. over painkiller Vioxx, the company remains entangled in several lawsuits related to the blockbuster drug.
