Four Seasons Can't Shake Condo Buyer's Fraud Case

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 8:36 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge refused Wednesday to let Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. exit a fraud and false advertising lawsuit accusing it, Millennium Partners LLC and others of making bogus promises to get Begualg Investment Management Inc. to buy $4 million worth of condo hotel units.

U.S. District Judge Robert Scola Jr. rejected a summary judgment bid from Four Seasons Hotels, which argued that nine claims brought by Begualg were time-barred and asked for dismissal with prejudice. The judge also shot down a partial summary judgment motion...
