Ceglia Pleads Not Guilty To Facebook Fraud

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 5:27 PM EST) -- Paul Ceglia, the man who claims a deal with Mark Zuckerberg gives him a 50 percent stake in Facebook Inc., on Wednesday denied charges that he doctored his Zuckerberg contract.

Ceglia appeared in Manhattan federal court sporting a dark suit and shaggy black coiffure and pled not guilty to a count of wire fraud and a count of mail fraud at an arraignment before U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr.
