Southwest Exposed Credit Card Info On Receipts, Suit Says

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 6:12 PM EST) -- Southwest Airlines Co. printed the expiration date of consumers' credit and debit cards on receipts in violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act, according to a proposed class action removed to California federal court Monday.
