NYU Says Franco's Claim That Prof. Was 'Awful' Was Opinion

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 2:24 PM EST) -- New York University on Tuesday urged a judge to dismiss a professor's defamation suit against the school and actor James Franco, saying the “127 Hours” star was expressing his personal opinion when he said in interviews that the professor was an “awful” teacher.
