"Hot Coffee" Lawsuits Cooled By Take-Two Settlement

Law360, New York (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Take-Two Interactive Software has agreed to settle all pending U.S. consumer class action lawsuits over a sexually explicit modification of the video game “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas” called “hot coffee,” the company revealed Thursday.

Take-Two said the total settlement will depend on how many class members participate, but confirmed that it has committed to spending at least $1.025 million on settlement benefits.
