Intel Judge To Review Plaintiffs' Protests

Law360, New York (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- After a court document mix-up, the judge overseeing an antitrust action against Intel Corp. has decided to vacate a controversial order that would have required the class representatives to produce personal tax returns and other financial records.

On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Joseph Farnan granted the plaintiffs' bid for reconsideration after becoming aware of a filing error regarding the linking of previous objections.
