Judge Won't Rule Yet On AMR's Bid To Dismiss Class Suit

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 8:04 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge declined to rule Thursday on American Airlines Inc. parent AMR Corp.'s bid to dismiss a putative class action alleging the airline breached a contract by gutting frequent flier rewards for miles earned before 1989.
