American Apparel CEO Accused Of Choking Employee

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 1:41 PM EST) -- American Apparel Inc.'s founder and CEO Dov Charney was hit with yet another harassment suit on Thursday, this time from the former manager of the company's Malibu store who also alleges Charney assaulted him at the store by choking him and trying to rub dirt in his face.
