Hitachi, Samsung Get Claims Trimmed From Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 4:45 PM EST) -- A California federal judge tossed some antitrust claims in multidistrict litigation against Hitachi Ltd. and Samsung on Thursday, but said the electronics makers still had to face claims from retailers who bought their products containing cathode ray tubes because they're controlled by companies accused of fixing prices on CRTs.
