Ex-Penn State Prof. Gets 41 Months For $3M Grant Fraud

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 8:42 PM EST) -- A former Pennsylvania State University professor who pled guilty to defrauding the National Institutes of Health and other federal agencies of $3 million in research grants was sentenced to 41 months in prison and ordered to pay $641,000 in restitution Friday in Pennsylvania federal court.
