Judge Trims Warranty Claims From Coconut Water Class Action

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 2:11 PM EST) -- A California judge on Friday trimmed claims from a consumer class action accusing One World Co. LLC of overstating the electrolyte content of its O.N.E. brand coconut water, dismissing a lab report on which plaintiffs based warranty allegations.
