Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 10:36 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit found Friday that a lower court was right to deny a bid for attorneys’ fees by the owner of the trademarks and rights to the "Winnie the Pooh" characters in its fight with Disney Enterprises Inc. over the franchise.
