Cuomo Chided For Fannie, Freddie Subpoenas

Law360 (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight has chided New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo for roping Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac into his probe of allegedly inflated mortgage appraisals, accusing him of misunderstanding the role of the two government-sponsored enterprises.
